Match Trivia

Played at Ibrox Park before about 5000 spectators. The Saints had the wind in the first half, but they were unable to make much headway, as they were without the services of Cameron for some time, McPherson opening the scoring. Shortly after the same player added a second point. The Saints forced the game for a bit and Bell scored, Hamilton being successful for Rangers before halftime, when the score was Rangers 3 St Bernards 1. The second half was very stubbornly contested, and after Cameron had scored a couple of goals for the Saints, the Rangers had hard work in getting in the lead, Robertson being successful just before the call of time. Result – Rangers 4: St Bernards 3.
