The above teams played a friendly match at Langlands Park Govan, in very stormy weather. The ground was in a soft condition rendering good play difficult. The Linthouse kicked off with the wind against them. The Rangers took the ball up to the home teams goal, where exciting play was witnessed, the Linthouse defending in a plucky manner.
