Rangers and Falkirk played a game on the latter’s ground last night. Falkirk tried a number of juniors. The Rangers were early on the move and Stark opened the scoring in a couple of minutes. Falkirk forced a corner, but the defence was too clever. Speedie had a nice sole run, and beating the opposition lifted the ball clear over Wood’s head into the net, Falkirk then got a goal, and at the interval led by 3 goals to 2. In the second half the Rangers soon equalised, and eventually ran out easy winners by 6 goals to 3. Falkirk defence being rather severly tested
