Halftime result – No goals. Swan came out after the interval and five minutes from the restart he opened the scoring, Allan being beaten close in. Rangers were clever in the open, but played the ball too far ahead, and Bury backs beat them. A slip by Robertson let Wood in and a second goal was scored against Rangers.
