Match Trivia
The Rangers had the better of the first half exchanges, and Spiers after ten minutes play opened the scoring. The second goal came from the foot of McColl and was really brilliant one, and one, which no goalkeeper could have saved. Logan, Esson and Stirling wrought hard for goal, while Menzies at back hard a lot to do in keeping the score within moderate dimensions. The second portion witnessed the Rangers front rank playing at the top of their form, and quickly ran up other five goals, scored by Speirs, Dalrymple (2), May and McColl, while Stirling scored for Arthurlie just on time scored from a penalty
