Match Trivia

At Cathkin Park before about 12,000 spectators. Play opened quietly, but latterly The Rangers had the better of the exchanges. The Light Blues held the upper hand all through the first half but failed to score, principally due to the untiring effort of the home defence. When the interval arrived neither tem had scored. The opening stages of the second half were evenly contested, but latterly the Third asserted themselves, and Graham scored from a corner. The Rangers pressed hotly towards the close, but were unable to equalise, and the game ended in a win for the Third by 1 goal to 0. The gate and stand amounted to £313
