Over 13,000 spectators watched the game at Ibrox park, where the Shawfield players confirmed their Scottish Cup form against the ‘Light Blues.’ The Charity Cup-holders turned out without such well-known players as Stark, May, Reid and McPherson, while McAteer and Stirling were a wanting on the other side.
