Jordan McMillan made his first team debut in a midweek League Cup tie with Dundee at Dens Park.
It was a much changed Rangers side to the one that had played at the weekend and the 1st Division team made a good game of it despite falling behind to an early Steven Whittaker goal. Leigh Griffiths equalised for the dark blues before former Rangers defender Gary McKenzie headed into his own net. John Fleck settled the nerves with 5 minutes remaining to make it 3-1.
Despite a strong performance, this would prove to be 21 year old Jordan’s only appearance of season 2009/10. His next first team outing would be a cameo role in the Champions League match versus Bursaspor in Turkey the following season.
In all, Jordan would make 5 first team appearances during his time at Ibrox and with the exception of that 1-1 draw in Turkey would collect a win bonus on each occasion!
On leaving Rangers, Jordan played for a number of different Clubs, primarily in Scotland, including Dunfermline Athletic, Partick Thistle and latterly Pollok Juniors.
