The Rangers concluded their northern tour by playing a strong combination of Inverness [layers last night. A large gathering of spectators from Inverness and surrounding districts gave the visitors a hearty reception. Excellent play was shown, but the Highlanders held their own, and were only one down at half-time, Hogg being the scorer. Early in the next period Bennett, whose clever play was greatly admired, put on the second point. From a penalty kick the North men got one point.
