Played at Whitefield Park Cambuslang. The Cambuslang won the toss and the Rangers started the ball. Play for the first 20 minutes was pretty even, the home team if anything having the best of it. From a throw-in the Rangers got the advantage, and Wyllie getting the ball sent in a low swift shot, which Dunn just saved in the nick of time. Wilson afterwards sent in a beauty, which Dunn was unable to save. Three minutes later the home men were at the Rangers goal, and Culdon rushing forward, sent in a swift shot, thus equalising the game. On change of ends, Cambuslang scored after a neat bit of play by Baillie. Following up this Low scored the third goal. The Cambuslang again scored five minutes before time, but being off-side the point was disallowed. When time was called the result was – Cambuslang 3 goals Rangers 1 goal.
