Andy’s competitive debut arrived towards the end of season 1982/83, Rangers recording a 2-1 victory at Easter Road in the penultimate match of a disappointing league campaign.
Andy represented the first team on 11 occasions, 2 of which were in competitive fixtures.
Later joining up with many ex-team mates at Heart of Midlothian, Andy would eventually pursue a career in the Police force.
