Match Trivia

Rangers beat Servette in torrential rain, winning 3-1, in front of a thousand spectators and on a field transformed into a swamp, the last match of the season was played in Geneva. The champions of Scotland, the Glasgow Rangers, got the better of Servette. After a quarter of an hour, the Scots scored with a shot from 40 meters at ground level. Soon after, Fehlmann descended with his attacking line and shoots hard from 30 yards and beats the Scottish goalkeeper. Then, following a series of passes, Glasgow scored again. Half-time 2-1. The visitors scored a third goal a quarter of an hour before the end, with a low and oblique shot. The winners clearly dominated their opponents, in technique, science, speed and precision. Servette was excellent in defence, but none in attack
