Yesterday evening the formal opening of Union Park Tweedmouth, the field of the Berwick Rangers Club, after alterations and improvements, including the erection of a new pavilion had been carried out, took place, when the ceremony was performed by Mr Ralph Thomson JP. A match was afterwards played between the Glasgow Rangers and the Berwick Rangers, the former having their full team forward, while the latter were strengthened by the inclusion of district players.
