These teams met on the Recreation Grounds, Perth last night before a large attendance. Early in the game the Light Blues scored through J Walker. St Johnstone gave a pretty good display, although the combination of the Rangers forwards was very fine, Lennie and J Walker in particular combining well. Before half-time Dewar equalised. The second half was much in favour of the Rangers, and McMurray scored, while Lennie added another. Final result :- Rangers 3; St Johnstone 1
